Chaired by Professor Ariella Helfgott, this One Basin CRC webinar moves past the headlines to ask what its arrival asks of the Murray-Darling Basin, across our economies, communities, and ecosystems and through a range of lenses.

Professor Neville Crossman, Geoff Reid and Craig Wilkins are joined by distinguished international guest Dr Kevin Slavin, a New York based biosecurity strategist, to trace how a virus moving through wild birds, waterbirds and livestock connects to the Basin’s farms, its water, its communities and, at the far end, the risk of the next human pandemic.
