Policy Review of the National Competitive Grants Program

While Australia has found international collaboration to be a key feature of its success in research, many countries now seek competitive advantages by focusing their investments inwardly. This global shift is among several factors that have informed the Australian Research Council’s (ARC) review of its National Competitive Grants Program (NCGP). Submissions are now closed and the final report, which will influence our research and innovation ecosystem over the next 20 years, is due mid-2025.
