The Murray–Darling Basin needs its next generation of leaders. Are you one of them? This is your chance to fast-track your development as a future leader of our Basin and develop powerful cross-industry connections.
The One Basin CRC Leadership Development Program is a 12-month course designed to support emerging leaders by connecting them with practitioners and leaders who have shaped Basin policy, science, and industry.
Develop your leadership skills through a bespoke program that includes:
- Receiving mentoring from a carefully selected expert relevant to your industry, be it research, policy, NRM, energy, irrigation, agriculture, and more;
- Conducting a 360-leadership assessment leading to your personalised leadership plan;
- Taking part in a two-day intensive with your cohort of emerging Basin leaders (held August 17-18 in Renmark, SA), followed by regular online learning sessions;
- Accessing curated leadership resources and support.
