Equity, Fairness and Justice – Key Concepts for Water Policy is the third paper in the series commissioned by Water Australia. The purpose of this short paper is to clarify the definitions of key concepts such as fairness, justice, and equity. Interestingly, the paper relates the ideas to the Murray–Darling Basin and the politics of water management, as well as the perception and interpretations of impacted communities.
